Formats that fit

Two-host chat, three-person panels, host-plus-guest interviews, internal comms shows and audio pilots all map cleanly to the table layout. Music-forward episodes may need vocal tracking or a band session instead.

Remote guests over Zoom are case-by-case—confirm bandwidth and routing on 03-5724-8910 before booking. The studio opened in 2019; the live area allows up to 7 people, but podcast bookings cap seats to keep speech intelligible.

Setup and sound

Shotgun or small-diaphragm mics per seat, gain staging matched so no one dominates the mix. Pop control, isolation pads for table rumble and control-room monitoring by Tanaka or another engineer. A short test recording before the real take catches rustle and chair noise.

• Daylight from the windows—great for daytime blocks inside Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–22:00; closed Monday and Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment.

Session day flow

About a 4-minute walk from Nakameguro Station (Tokyu Toyoko Line and Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line), toward Nakameguro koban. One block north of the Meguro River promenade.. Allow roughly fifteen minutes for seating and levels, then use the booked block for content. Long episodes may need chained hours—ask when quoting.

Guest releases and likeness permissions stay with you as the producer (Podcast rights guide). Corporate shows can add a Data processing agreement when required. We process audio under our Privacy policy without repurposing it.

Editing and delivery

Edit-only time bills at ¥8,800 VAT-inclusive. Typical tasks: remove obvious retakes, tighten long silences, rough intro/outro edits, loudness alignment, MP3 for upload plus WAV archive.

Turnaround is stated on the edit quote—often one to two edit hours per recorded hour as a starting guess. Offline tweaks include 2 revision rounds (Delivery); further passes bill in ¥8,800 increments.

How pricing stacks

Bundle record and edit on one quote to avoid duplicate setup charges. Overtime rounds up in 30-minute steps at the rate that applies—recording vs editing. Net figures such as ¥11,000 available for B2B (Legal notice).

30 percent deposit; free cancel/reschedule with 5 days’ notice when Terms allow.

Bring with you

Outline or script, guest list, desired file names and target platform (loudness targets differ). Licensed intro music must arrive with proof you may use it.

Guests under 18 need a parent or guardian to book; we recommend written consent for minors. Accessibility needs—contact us early and read our Accessibility statement.

Not included

• Music mastering or full mixing when music dominates the episode
• Automatic upload to Spotify, Apple Podcasts or YouTube
• Transcription, translation or thumbnail design
• Guest fees, travel or casting
• Legal advice on copyright or publicity (Disclaimer)

Record-only bookings can still export a master or multitrack within the booked time—specify on the quote.
