Grouped answers from enquiry to delivery. Your quote and our terms and privacy policy override general FAQ text. Use Contact for project-specific questions.
Booking and payment
How do I start a booking?
Use the contact form, 03-5724-8910 or [email protected] with service type, track count or headcount and preferred dates. We usually reply within 2 business days with a VAT-inclusive quote and slots.
Reading Services, Vocal recording, Band recording, Mixing, Mastering and Podcast recording first keeps e-mail threads shorter.
How much is the deposit?
30% of the quoted total. Once paid and accepted, the slot is held. Balance is due at the end of a recording session or before final delivery for offline work (Article 5).
Until the deposit arrives we may offer the slot to someone else. The thank-you page explains what happens next.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer and card at the studio terminal. We do not store card numbers. Transfer details appear on the quote and invoice.
Business invoice payment within 30 days (legal notice, Article 5). B2B bookings still require the 30% deposit to hold the date.
How long is a quote valid?
Cancellation and rescheduling?
At least 5 days before the session: deposit refund or one free reschedule (Article 7). Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.
If we cancel for studio reasons we offer a new date or refund (terms, disclaimer).

Hosts should explain and record consent before publishing. Rights guide; setup on Podcast recording.
Edit-only ¥8,800 VAT incl. per hour still leaves usage rights with the host.
Do you use audio for AI training?
No. Client recordings are not used for machine learning or voice cloning (DPA, disclaimer, privacy).

You clear underlying rights before the session. We do not research licences for you.
