We operate a recording studio in Nakameguro, Tokyo. Service descriptions and workflow are on Services; contractual terms are in our Terms and conditions.

2. Prices (tax included)

Rates shown on this site include 10% consumption tax unless a quote states otherwise. Individual quotes may also show net amounts for business clients.

Extensions, extra mics, special export formats or travel are quoted separately when they apply. We do not charge fees that are not listed on your accepted quote.

3. Charges other than the service price

We do not add mandatory surcharges for standard studio use. Instrument rental, parking, courier fees or similar costs you arrange yourself remain your responsibility. If you ask us to post invoices, we may charge actual postage after telling you in advance.

4. Payment methods and timing

We accept bank transfer and, when available on site, card payment at the session. A deposit of 30% of the quoted total is due to confirm a booking. The balance is due at the end of a recording session, or before final delivery for offline mix, master or edit work.

For business accounts on invoice terms, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Article 5).

5. When services are provided

Recording and attended mix sessions take place on the booked date within Tuesday–Saturday 10:00–22:00; closed Monday and Sunday. Evening sessions by appointment.. Offline work starts after we receive complete source files and follows the turnaround stated on your quote. If files need fixes or scope changes, we agree a revised schedule with you.

6. Returns and cancellation

Our work is customised labour and digital deliverables. It is not a mail-order product eligible for cooling-off in the sense of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Once a bespoke session or mix direction is agreed, we generally cannot accept returns or full refunds at your sole discretion.

Rescheduling and cancellation follow Article 7. Contact us at least 5 days before the session start for a free cancellation or one free date change. Later cancellations may forfeit the deposit.

If we cancel for studio reasons, we offer a new date or refund amounts already paid for the affected booking.

7. Environment and visit notes

Delivered files use formats compatible with common DAWs and players; we confirm specifics on the quote. The contracting client must be at least 18 years old. Up to 7 people may be in the live room at once (FAQ).
